Fraser it actually worked.  He is going to be there at pre-opening cannon.   Granted it involved me telling him he could bring his flask of Agua du Boliva along, but it worked. 

** Aqua Du Boliva = Caffeinated alcohol.  So caffeinated that one shot of Aqua = 3 shots espresso. Did I mention he doesn't do mornings? **
