Good to see everyone, Dreg glad you could make it by for a birthday drink.

MG our waiter has been there for 3 yrs. Hosting, bussing and doing the dishes, just became a waiter. Talk to Carmen on the way out, and he also had an accident with a tray, hence the 2 drinks at a time service last night.

Note for who ever makes the next reservation, ask for Carmen to be our server. So no matter who's section we get we can actually get a good server...  ;D

It was great to see everyone!! Hopefully we didn't scare the waiter too badly. I'd have liked to stay longer, but sadly Rob started 1st shift today, which means getting up at 5am.

Getting up early only means getting home earlier   ;) ;D  Good to see you both.  Pub nights are such a blast!!!

Sorcha

My only complaint is that they don't have Bellhaven anymore  >:(
But MG sure gives good hair.   Ahhh...  She's my hero!  :-*  And the reading from the Book of Cheese was sure enlightening.

Great to see everyone!  Happy Birthday Dreg!!

Sorry I spilled drinks on my "hop" over the table.

I missed table "hopping"?  Is that anything like Table Dancing?   ::)
No, not quite, I hadn't consumed enough Strongbow to dance on the wobbly table.  I couldn't get my fat arse to maneuver under the table, so over it I went.
At least I gave the older gentleman outside our spot a good laugh.

I wasn't thinking and sat at the back bench and realized I wouldn't be able to go to the necessary.
Not a good idea as I have a bladder the size of a walnut.
Then I tried to explain to the waiter to put Rune, Sorcha and Morwen's drinks on my tab, but I don't think he understood me.  He was having a bad night, that is for sure.  BUT that is no excuse.  They weren't that busy.  I have seen that pub ten times busier and had better service.

Missed ya Mum, perhaps another time?

Ha! Great picture! I'll have to make sure Rob sees that one.
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

'ello all!! I was on the OLDE (teehee) forums, and some of you might remember me as the blond [festie] host who used to work at the Claddagh [Irish Pub in MG]. I was just wondering if anyone wanted to get together anytime before renfest for a pub night? I'll need about a week or two of advance warning so that i can make sure i can get the night off. Otherwise we can take our chances and set up for a week out or something and i can see what i can do about switching shifts.

Also, i was wondering if anyone had info on Opening day breakfast thing.... i want to go, but i don't know the time and i have no idea what i should bring!!

Will Gamwell

I'd love to attend a pubnight before opening day.  Can't promise I'll make it if it is planned, but I will make every attempt to drag my girlfriend and I there.

I'd be up for a pub night if I'm either not working or have a shift at the hospital.

Lord Figaro

I know I'd like to, Brandi and I haven't been able to get to one in quite some time. I'll just tell Scot that he'll either have to cover the night on his own. He kinda owes me for screwing up my usual July weekend plans when he decided he wanted to work this month. Pay backs a beach.

Some of them, but I've been to a few bad ones in my life.

I propose that we have a pub night on Tuesday August fifth (5th) or on Saturday August ninth (9th). Those are my two nights off, that I know of before fest starts. Other than that, someone will have to suggest another day and I'll see what I can do to get that night off. I don't know when y'all think would be a good time, but i would say 5 to 7 or so. that way we can have a good time before the first shifters and the churchgoers need to leave.
