Waking up completely rested.

Ar-rested ?    



For me, it was managing to get my Pelican PCS-2552 RSV camera bag rearranged to hold my Nikon D90 with the 10-24mm lens, the Nikon new D7000 with the 28-300mm lens, the Nikon SB-600 Flash, the Joby Gorillapod SLR-Zoom Tripod, and still have space for the new Nikon 35mm f/1.8 DX lens, and also the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7" (WiFi) that I bought to use as a GPS on Holiday in the UK Lake District next month.  The Asus EEE PC 1215B-PU17 Netbook that I've got fits easily in the Laptop pocket of the bag, and the PCS-2552 is small enough to be carry-on luggage for the flight to England.

Finding out the repairs to my van are NOT going to cost $1000, as I feared... and that I have enough right now to cover the total.  

And my lovely vintage silk saris arriving in the mail from India, and being as beautiful as I was hoping...



And the very last pain pill that I've been hoarding from dental surgery, that might just enable me to get a bit of uninterrupted sleep tonight... I hope... after being stabbed in the knee with a very large, painful needle, which at least informed my doc that I did NOT (as of that moment, not so sure about now, though...   ) have fluid under my kneecap!

Replacing my large collection of cubicle faire photos with new ones. Friends old and new to gaze upon to slip away to faire during a work day. 

It also helps that I am 80 pounds lighter in these than the last batch.  Amras and Scotsman probably twice that.

Stopping in at a garage sale on a whim and finding not just 1 but a matched pair of Pirate Water Pistols!!!  50 cents each.  I'm not sure if I'm going to let my kid carry them, or if I'm going to carry them myself and fill 'em up with ... RUM!!!   What fun!!!
