The Comte and the Marquis both have survived the massive lay-offs just having occurred at their place of business.  Many of their friends/co-workers were not so fortunate.

Needless to say the Lady Jessanne and I are hugely relieved for our families.

This Friday shall be celebratory indeed.

How late do you folks hang around? I'll have my booth set up at 4th Friday Riverwalk at Riverview Mall from 5PM - 10ish. Depending on when I shut down and when you folks shut down I may try to stop by for a pint.

Thank you friends...For me it was bittersweet. We were told this would be done fairly, that it would be based off skills. my team lost 50% of our people, well below what it takes to perform our function. Good people lost their jobs while our day shift counterparts lost 1 person...just 1. people were cut solely based on what time they come to work. We don't have less responsability, we don't do less maitainance, we do it at a time of day people don't want to work, and we do it without the full support of an engineering staff. I am greatfull to still have a job to support my family with, but I am confused and angry. Someone has a hidden agenda, now we must wait to see what it is.  . Thankfully my former manager that moved back to Oregon a while back has some job openings he is trying to get filled with my friends plese pray that he will succeed.

Julianne, if you find my little rant inappropriate please delete it, otherwise thank you all for listening to me.

Don't know how long we will be up there but I can say that I intend to not be able to drive home

We are indeed fortunate for this.  I personally am very happy to know that they will return for this season.

Talent runs often thin amongst the best.  My ren friends count ourselves most fortunate when it its there in our faces.  I'm sure I speak for all my Arizona Family when I say that Tim and Krista are among the finest of faire actors and we are most blessed with their attendance.
