Something I wish Scarby had...Bass Ale. I sure enjoyed having that at Sherwood Forest (hint, hint!). When I can't have my Jack Daniel's, I do like me some fish beer (as opposed to Fish Cheer, which some of you will remember).

I was wondering that myself, Gauwyn. I haven't seen much of anything in the way of imports at Scarby...can't think of one at the moment. For the prices charged at the taps, they could serve a better brew. It's my only real complaint about Scarborough.

The Cat and Fiddle does have some good brews - but nothing out of the ordinary if I remember.

Holy cow..... trust me... Cat and Fiddle has a wonderful dark beverage... you'll love it.

Unless you are Bud Light kind of guy...then you'll hate it.

Bud Light sucks and shouldn't even be called beer.

There is no such thing as a light beer. If it's light (or lite), it's not beer.

I do not care as much for lagers in general, as I prefer a full-bodied brew, hence my preference for ales and stouts. I've yet to meet a craft beer in this part of the country that really blows my socks off, but I'm always willing to sample. I thought I had sampled the darkest thing that the Cat & Fiddle was serving, but I could be wrong, young Merlin.  I hope you can steer me to a good Scarby brew, son! Buy your dear old dad a brewski, eh?
