Well, your dear old dad will be in Bastrop at the Hampton Inn, as will the Don and Doña, and Laird Robert & Lady Kett, as I am to understand. Could be an indoor party brewing on Friday night...never can tell!

Actually we're staying at Ye Olde Super 8, but we can definitely hook up in Bastrop! I think Angus is staying there too.

If I were to come solo...I would camp. The queen requires the comfort of a temperature controlled queen sized sleeping area with warm water. She's so persnickity !

Hey, if you want to camp at Faire, I'll bet that you might get some ladies who would volunteer to camp in your place at the Hotel...     

(Although, there are supposed to be HOT Water Showers at Faire this season.)

Currently that is true.  The SWFF camp ground is a pay-per-person site.  So anyone wanting to gain access will have to pony up.

It'd be nice if they did a half price access pass with an ID left at the main gate to be retrieved on your way out for visitors passing through.
