I have to say that Mattel does a better job at making their toys look like the real people they're supposed to look like than Jakks Pacific, who make the POTC: On Stanger Tides action figures. The larger figures are better than the 4.5", but only Jack, Gibbs, and Angelica really look even close to the real people. Barbosa looks nothing like Geoffery Rush in either size, and I don't know the actor well enough to really judge, but the Blackbeard figures don't really match up well with the pictures I've seen. In the small size, only Jack and Gibbs are even remotely close to the actors.
