Hey everyone!  If you are looking to buy some fabric for cheap head over to the Mill End Textiles in Fridley- they are closing and right now everything is 70% off!  May 22-30 is the final week and everything that is left will be 80% off.  Just a heads up in case anyone needed/wanted/just can't help themselves new fabric.  =D

Nothing clever to say here.  Not enough caffine yet.

This is what I bought today (plus 5 yards of a plaid something for cartridge pleating made easy) for just under $47

Oh yeah, MG- I bought the navy with you in mind- I'll bring it over and see if that's what you had in mind- I have just under 3 yards of it.

Trish and I have just left Mill End.  ;D Wish there was a larger smilier smiley!

Trish scored the perfect shade crinkle gauze for her Irish wool gown.

I found gorgeous upholstery (can't really describe the color-Trish says it's "pink"  I say AH, NO IT ISN'T!!) with purple highlights and purple "velvet" for a noble. fabulous brown diamond pattern (screaming for beads!) and delicious chocolate for Venetian slops for VV.

Lots of pretty buttons for who knows what project.

WIN!!

Ha!  Fabric, when seen in the day light is most obviously NOT of the pinkish hue in any way shape or form.  It is, instead, and not surprisingly to me, a shade of terra cotta.  ;D

Ms Trish

Even if it hadn't had a slight pinkish hue when inside the horrible lighting conditions of the fabric store, I STILL would have said it was pink just to yank on your chains, MG. Even if it is your birthday :P :P

But yay for pretty pretty fabric!

I got some great fabric! I can't wait to get sewing!!

Just a reminder- this is the final week for the Fridley location and everything is 80% off unless otherwise marked. :D  I may just need to go again...
