In Colorado now. Actually, have been for almost 22 hours now...I had to make the rounds to the family yesterday. Oi. Going to see real pirate booty today. Yay!

We are currently enjoying the balmy weather of Hays, Kansas, last check it was 109. Uneventful, but pleasant drive so far. Didn't see Toto...maybe at breakfast. See everyone tomorrow!

My night auditor's son killed himself Tuesday evening.  Ed is 67... not in the best of health, and has no other family, Gary and I have been staying with him trying to help him get through this.

It was fabulous. Kinda makes me wish I could have gone in solid pirate costume...like the little boy in line ahead of us. My mom and I wore our pirate bandanas and acquired new pirates hats! I also got the (pi)rate mug - because I'm a math geek. :)

OK...Castle Rock.... just got added to my list of possible retirement cities.

This place is beautiful!

We went to old town this evening and dropped $120 on one of the finest dinners I've had in a while.
