The weather was nice. A bit on the warm side, but thank goodness for the wind. Otherwise, it would have been unbearable.

Wondering if anyone has pics of the Gypsy stage wagon from the SIDES. Not the area facing the audience but the actual front and back of the Wagon.
I'm doing a drawing of Belly Dancer Friend of mine who worked there and the picture I'm drawing of her was taken close to the Gypsy stage but I want to make the background look like an actual gypsy camp using the Gypsy stage wagon.

This is the Drawing so far

Added pics from yesterday(5 Sep) and included the Royal wedding. As usual, I had a great time. I hope to make it out at least once more this season.
I hope you enjoy!

Hey Keith:
Question if you remember where was the girl in the purple dress with the puppy face painting taken? If they have a giant bowl of bubbles somewhere I would love to sit near it and teach the kids how to make bubbles with their hands *she looks like she was trying hard*... because it is so hard for me to maintain my solution and teach the kids, and make sure that everyone can get their hands in my 1 lily pad full... etc...
Bubbles are pure magic... if you don't believe me watch any man, woman, or child chase a bubble down the road.

I honesty don't remember! I want to say that it was in the same lane as the Crown Stage, but it would be just a guess. I think that it is a shop that sell hoops/rings etc for making large bubbles and that it was a large concrete dish that the little girl was at. I just saw the painted face and that she was trying to blow bubbles. That's just one of those moments that one come's upon at Fest. I come upon a scene/situation, raise the camera, fire off a few shots and move on. That's just one of the great happenings at Fest in that no matter where I meander, there is always something to capture!

It looks like she's in front of the scented corks place "Scorks." Booth 446 per the MN Ren Fest website.
