As an example

Page 12.

Page 12 always has a captain.  Currently in the WIRF camping thing this weekend it's Kate.  We tend to wander without someone taking charge and organizing things.

Kate was the originator of the Page 12.  And for that first get together it was really on Page 12 in the topic.

Nowadays you'll find page 12 on page 5 or 2 or 6.  But Page 12 always has all the info on it.

Now it might make more sense to put Page 12 on Page 1, some have tried, anal as they were it just didn't make sense.  (insert really stupid smiling thing here)
