Lady Margarita

Well, the RFFO spring faire is over and was a great success!  A big thank you to all of you who visited our small little faire in Northwest Arkansas as a patron, vendor, performer, or cast member.    We appreciate the support of you!

We currently met with the Fayetteville Advertising and Promotion Commission and have their support for advertising the Renaissance and Fantasy Faire of the Ozarks Fall faire!

The Fall Faire will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012 and Sunday, November 11, 2012 from 10 am to 5 pm at the Northwest Arkansas Riding Club Arena adjacent to the Washington County Fair Grounds in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

We are currently accepting applications for vendors, performers, and cast members.  For an application or more information about RFFO, please email us at 3cronesandapirate@gmail.com

Our new website is www.nwarenfair.com

Count me in!  Your faire is one (and now two) that I look forward to every year!  I love the family-friendly atmosphere and all of the nice people (visitors, volunteers and organizers).  You are doing it right!

Thanks!  We try to make it as family oriented and as fun as we can.

This will occur a couple of weeks after RenDezvous.  If we have any strength and money remaining, perhaps my bride and I could attend... keep us posted...

I can't make any promises at this point; but I would like to go if we can manage the logistics.

I shall not mention my attendance as it places a curse upon Merlins attendance LOL. Perhaps should Merlin and DonaCatalina solidify plans we might get a tailgate meeting going. I can say this is an excellent fair that in a few years will demand attention. The good Lady Margarita is a most kind and gracouse host.

Hey all, RFFO and Steel Serenity (a live steel and fire whip show)  could use everyone's help and support. We would like to you to go to the link below and vote for both groups. This is to possibly get a $250k grant! So, come on and vote then share the link with your friends and family and get them to vote! We have to get at least 250 votes to be even considered for the grant. So we could use everyone's help!

VOTE FOR RENAISSANCE AND FANTASY FAIRE OF THE OZARKS and STEEL SERENITY! Help make both groups a wonderful success!

Lady Margarita

Rabbi, thank you for those kind words.  We look forward to working with all of our friends, new and old, and you and your group are always welcome at our little faire.  With support like yours and Graigmeister, we will go far.

Merlin and DonaCatalina, we look forward to meeting you as well!

The Rabbi

There is no doubt as to youre fair having my vote but in my humble opinion success is allready yours. Three Crones and a Pirate have breathed life into a faire that was down and out and one that I personally had no intention of returning too. Now RFFO is on my list of must go to or else faires and for this I Thank You. We are allready preparing for our return trip in November just hope the winds die down a bit as I do not care to expose Fayetville to more than white legs.

Good day.  I have posted my interview with the General Manager of the Renaissance and Fantasy Festival of the Ozarks, Margaret Rivera, on my website.  There are many good insights about organizing a Renfest in it.  Enjoy!

The new faire site is just a few dozen yards southwest of last year's arena, correct?

Yes, that would be correct.  We will not be using the main gate however.  We will have signs up showing you where to go.
We are looking forward to seeing all of our good friends!   :)

Craigmeister

There was a great time to be had today at RFFO! The new layout is much larger with no arena to walk around in the middle. There were great vendors & entertainers as well. The cast & crew were up to their usual high performance. I would definitely recommend attending the faire this weekend!

Pray tell, Rabbi... did the Renaissance Bubble Machine make it to the Faire? Photos?  .....BW

I didn't see an electronic bubble machine at the faire but a lady was using a net held between 2 sticks and the high winds to make some awesome amounts of bubbles that were sticking together!  Lots of adults were going over to watch her as well as kids.  It was a fyne sight for my eyes!

I've posted my pictures for the Renaissance & Fantasy Faire of the Ozarks at www.meistersrealm.com.  I had a great time at faires and fests this year.  My trip to Fayetteville was a great way to cap off the season.

I hope you enjoy the pix of my 2 contemporaries, Ryleh the Wanderer in green and Fugli Troll in Red.  All 3 of us post pictures of the faires we visit.  You can find Ryleh's collections at http://ryleh.7hunters.net & Fugli's collections at www.povera.com   They are a great couple of guys!
