QuoteThe second gate called Queens Gate will be open this weekend. They will be parking people in Queens Gate and Kings Gate (main) simultaneously. Patrons who enter off HWY 41 will be parked in the Queen's Lot, Patrons that enter off of HWY 169 will be parked in the Kings lot. Once the kings lot is full, all cars will be pushed down to the Queen's lot. - copied from MRF mgmt post.

The Queen's gate comes in next to Crown Stage where the Tortugas perform. It is not ADA accessible, persons with disabilities should go to the original front gate.

The Queen's gate is much improved from last year but the enterance is still not ideal. If you are pushing a stroller, have troubles with hills or rough ground, or have mobility issues, plan on going in through the main King's gate.  I don't see the Queen's gate as being viable for wheelchair or scooter/powerchair access. *Note: I am not speaking in any official capacity, but I work near the Crown Stage and am familiar with the back stage/gate access area.*

we have been parking in the Original entrance area. Still a good mile hike or more to the front gate. Good exercise for me, though! 8) Helps get the walking in to and from the Fest Friends Glade.

Was a great day at the fest but the traffic in and out seemed unusually long. Please up a sign if the Queen's Gate is closed. Approx 3:45pm. Was told only one way traffic now. Waist time in line to be told to turn around. I have never seen traffic at such a standstill in and out. Been going for years.  Needs Help!
