Unless I can think of something else in the meantime, I'm thinking alfredo noodles and veggies...maybe I'll get ambitious and throw some chicken in there.  I hate using up an entire chicken breast for just myself.  The one downfall of cooking for only one person.  I much prefer cooking for me and some friends!

Thank you!  Dinner was wonderful.  We went to Ponderosa, I had the buffet, he had steak and endless shrimp along with the buffet.

Mititei (Romanian sausages made with pork, beef and mutton meat) or bbq chicken breast with garlic sauce, fries, red cabbage salad, grilled pineapple, nice thick home made bread. And for desert coffee cup chocolate chip cake with chocolate and rum cream and mixed melon.
Did I mentioned that today is my anniversary?  OMG ... 18 years.
