The wife made lentil soup with loads of veggies, and fresh foccaccia with parmesan, asiago, and rosemary from the garden. Oh so good.

Caribbean Chicken. It's a chicken and rice dish with tomatoes, olives, capers, and spices. Not bad!

Lots of homemade chicken noodle soup lately.  It's been rather miserably chilly lately, but without all the pretty snow everyone else has been getting... just bitter, biting wind that stops for nothing.  Not even walls, it seems...  Brrrr!!!

My appetite is a little picky today. So might just skip supper and go right to the desert. A bit of Moose Tracks ice cream....

We had junk food tonight...  Yummy cheddarwurst dogs followed by sundaes from Braum's (local ice cream place here in OK and parts of N. TX).
