During our Dinner Break at work tonight, a co-worker and I went to Mediterraneo Market & Cafe.

I started with a Greek Salad, and then had the Penne Pesto (Basil, Pecorino Romano, Parmesano, Pine Nuts, Garlic, Olive Oil) with Tomatoes, Feta Cheese and several kinds of Olives - topped with Grilled Chicken.  It was delicious.

Just a Healthy Choice meal I had in the freezer. SO not cooking tonight.

Jim boiled 10lbs of chicken,
Thursday was chicken and dumplings
Friday was chicken noodle soup
And tonight, you guessed it, homemade chicken potpies!
One more day of chicken and we may have fresh eggs!

Just found out tomorrow is Chicken croquettes!

After I finished eating Lunch before work this afternoon, I ordered a Lunch Special to-go, and I'm eating it right now at my desk.

From Wings, Pizza 'N' Things, I got the Chipotle Chicken Wrap w/Fresh Garden Salad.  Mmmm - spicy, tasty, and fairly healthy.
