Merlin, I eat a square breakfast and lunch, so dinner can be light without me blowing away in the wind.

This sounds odd but try it!
Grits, with cheese, bacon (fried crisp & crumbled) Add large hand full of baby spinach, then remove from burner. Add blueberries, blackberries. Enjoy.

Vinny Gambini: [Vinny and Lisa receive their breakfast orders, Vinny looks at his skeptically] Whats this over here?
Short Order Cook: You never heard of grits?
Vinny Gambini: Sure I've heard of grits. I just never actually *seen* a grit before.
My Cousin Vinny (1992)

I don't do grits...and, you're right, JD...that sounds REAL odd!  ;D

You have it perfect, DC.  I've had a rough week, I missed breakfast and linch, so I have a steak and tater in process...

After the steak tonight, tomorrow night...cereal. You keep the yogurt. I won't eat anything that's still alive.
