OH Bonnie...You just need a bit more Scotch... that helps with back pain and all else that ails...even work!  Sorry to hear the pain is worse.. If you were down here I would haul you to Doc our Chiro..he set my mom to rights. Hers is from when she was 3 and was run over by the car... she had an Xray and it shows some Osteoporosis just in that area.... So she is now taking calcium/boron and magnesium(with a few other minerals) pills... and he is keeping it adjusted... so now it is staying put... But she is also taking the MSM,Glucosamine and Chondroitin everyday instead of when she thinks about it... it is helping. So she is back to getting into stuff!

We got her new porch finished today... all the rails are up, the concrete pads for the concrete stairs were poured and hard enough to put the stairs back... so now she has it all! That has helped too! Anyway You better get better...we have a lot of Circa Paleo and such to dance to in a few months! You MUST be in top Bonnie form.... Besides we have scotch to drink!  Love and Hugs PLEASE feel better!

 I wish that is all it was.I could cure it fast! LOL. I am worried as the pain is not getting better or going away.
Very frustrating as I have so much to do around here and it all hurts.
Hopefully my Xrays next week will show what the problem is. I hope nothing too scary and my Dr can fix me up! Wish I had a good chiro here.
I finished a 1930's composition doll I was restoring. A friend got given a box of dolls and sent her to me! How nice! She is a Shirley Temple look alike. Cute.
Yes I do need to be in top form for tRF.
I am working on it.

Well the porch is DONE! Ready for you to visit and drink scotch!  The new peke is due thurs morn... She sounds so neat I can hardly wait.... I love Pekes! So cat like in many ways! Well all but the swimming part! There they do show the spanial!  I have an order for a Willow wand... From the lady I made the broom for... So I am feeling good. I got the dragon sculpture done for a friend and they are thrilled! I have the leather hanger done for Terry... So I am actually a bit busy! I just hope it keeps up! I like being busy!   I wish you could get to our Doc...he is just so good. Maybe they will find out what is wrong!!!   Here's hoping!

Good to be busy. I have so much to do but can't do a good job while I am in pain.
Naughty Neri broke an Art Deco lamp last PM chasing a bug. Very sad about it. This is the first expensive thing she has broken.Trying to mend it but still sad.
I am in lots of pain today.
I hope this ends.

 Feeling a bit better today at least!
I drove to darkest Round Rock to visit my Eye Doc. Annual checkup. I still can't see. I did not expect anything else. But I get another contact lens!
Then went for X rays- just down the street from my eye doc!  Nice to do both in one trip! Long drive - for me.
I had a few " I survived the drive" Scotch and sodas when I got home. The pain is lots less! Too much blood in my Scotch stream! Always a big problem! Plus I am doing the exercises my PT person advises. I hope I continue to do OK. X ray results soon.

 Lots of pain today. The X rays showed nothing. I had blood and urine tests today. $$$. This is getting hard to bear-And harder to afford.I was so hopeful yesterday.
I am discouraged and upset today.
I need healing thoughts! Thanks!

I really think you need to go to a chiro... When normal docs can only offer pain meds it is time for a bone crack... My mom was being told that she would need surgery when I was a baby and she went to her first Chiro... now we go often! He has found that the damage done when she was hit by the car at 3 is causing Ostioperosis in her low back... so she is now taking TriBoron and trying to avoid picking up too much weight! But a few weeks back she could hardly walk... he adjusted her 2 days in a row then a few days later and then 4 days later... will have to haul her back this week again to be sure it has not moved!!!!  If you need a good one you are welcome to come stay here and I will haul you to Dr Stancil... He is the one that helped our Jockey friend who had been in the bad wreck at Lonestar. He was having severe double vision and BAD pain...the drugs did not work(he could not take them and ride) so he started going to doc and it helped MILES!  Most amazing thing... he was told by the surgeons that there was NOTHING else that could be done! It is not always a fix but it seems to help more often than not.... Let me know!!! We have to get you in shape...lots of scotch to drink and miles of dancing to do!

 Var came for the weekend. Despite my pain- we had fun. Just what I needed.
A bit better today. Went to PT and they gave me everything --Traction ,Ultrasound, Tens and massage$$$.
I got a back brace- weight lifters belt! LOL.
Biofreeze gel helps some. Living on aleve. Drat.
I wish I could find a good chiro here. Not having much luck- but willing to try.
I need to get better. Pain is boring. Health problems are boring. Being broke is very boring!
Hoping I will get all better soon. TRF looms!

 My test results are back! I don't have anything scary-YAYYY- except the pain Hiss boo!. I am seeing a Chiropractor this AM. I hope I get relief.

YEAH...Remember it can take more than one trip...sometimes 3-4 before it works and stays! I just hope they can get you straight!!! Glad you found one!
