Wish I was there already! I keep seeing the commercial where the King exlaims "The Texas Renaissnce Festival. Where your merriment awaits!" OMG I am SOOOOOO ready for MERRIMENT!! 

I want to hand out faerie bubbles and faerie stones and see children smiling!!!

 Busy having fun at TRF. So nice to see so many friends! The weather spells are going well- even if it is a mite too warm. I drank a potion last Sat PM and turned myself into a fae! Great fun- but all back to normal now.Did anyone get pictures? My Evil Pirate twin will be out next weekend!

Still trying to find my garb for Pirate... Looks like red is the colour I will go with... I have a coolie coat that will work well if it is hot! Not sure yet what I am doing. I may do a skirt! Just not sure yet!!!! I did get my new sheath built for my cutlass... Now to figure out my hanger!!! I also have the bird and many other things to work in!  Sunday they will not get out until after Feast!

My evil twin will be wearing her same old garb. I am trying to keep her happy with a cooler weather spell for all the pirates! I hope she appreciates it. I guess I need more sweat of swabby for the potion! LOL

 Well, I fear my evil twin might have messed up my weather potion. Too much shiver of timbers in the cauldron? LOL.
She is here and had her cra- er- things packed in the Meowmobile- ready to head out tomorrow.So far my jewelry is still in its box- but who knows?
I will have to stay home and clean up the mess her crew made. Scurvy lot! I know she helped herself to my tickets. Drat. I'll get even!

 Thanks for posting that nice picture David.
My Evil pirate twin was out on Saturday- but she said it was too hot! No sea breeze. The plundering was not great with so many pirates about- so off she went- back to Jamaica! She may show up again if it gets cooler. I got to go on Sunday!
Twas a wondrous day! Much mirth and merriment was had!  The Kings feast was excellent! Yum! Prime rib and red wine!
