hi Merlin-Good you rescued and fixed up The Hit! Hitty Kitty? LOL! Sounds like she sure needed helping hands- and a lot of magick!
I had thought my next Royal Feline would come from Siamese rescue. The universe had other plans for me. LOL!

Tis not the length of the staff- but the magick there in!

We normally don't pick our rescues...they pick us.

"MaMaCito" is a black and white tabby that showed up in the back yard one day....each day she would come closer as I sat on the porch until one day she jumped in my lap and I noticed she was pregnant. She was searching a good home to deliver her litter and picked me. (lucky me)
She delivered a beautiful white and black buy who we still have....name is "Sir knight"
"Jordan" didn't fair so well as we suspect that she fell to one of the many red tail hawks in this area.
"Lady Chatterly" was given away to a great home.

I'll search for a Khao Manee rescue place.

I replied earlier- but it disappeared! ???
Nargles again?
I have had a lot of kitties that adopted me! They were all special. Funny how very nice cats just show up! Must be magick? LOL!
Little Neri had a relapse yesterday - so back to the vet for more meds.  She is feeling better this AM and back to attacking my plants and getting into mischief. She is a non stop ball of kitten cuteness.  Yoshi keeps asking to go in the kitchen to observe and Neri chases him around. Yoshi spitting and growling and enjoying the chase I think. Neri and my 20 year old Siamese Chingy are friends and sleep together now!
She has been a wonderful gift from the universe!

It's nice to hear about you new kitty Bonnie!   The universe does work in strange ways sometimes doesn't it?  Last year at Christmas time was when we were adopted again.  We found a tiny grey striped kitten hanging out on our porch. Everyone else wanted to love on her right away, but I was being the scrooge of the household, and said "no,no,no"- no more cats!  But as several days went by, this cat didn't budge!   Seriously, this poor little thing stayed on our porch, never moved that I knew of. I was hoping she'd "leave and go home", not knowing yet that she decided that this already was her home.  It's like she was being patient with me while I made up my mind. I finally relented and let her be fed, and that was it.  The poor little girl was starving!   After asking around the neighborhood if anyone lost a kitten, I finally caved in.   It's like she knew we would soon need another kitty to love, since we would soon be losing our "Brat Cat" (that I wrote about in another post)
You think it took you too long to name your cat?   That's nothing, its been a year and we never did come up with a proper name for her. We called her "little kitty"  right from the start, and it sort of stuck.  We just call her 'Lil' kitty' now.  She is a sweet little girl, who loves to snuggle,  and has the prettiest "kitty smile" I've ever seen! But I think that she thinks shes a dog.  She follows you around from room to room like a dog, and she loves to lick us.  She'll lick your hand when you hold it out to her.  She comes right up to my face and starts licking my nose! lol! Our other boy, Lucky has slowly accepted her, or at least tolerates her now.  He is a fat lazy boy, not very active - I forgot how fun it is to have a playful kitty zoom around the house again! One of these days I'll learn how to post pics on here.

Queen Bonnie

Thank you Rani Z.  I had an OK Christmas. I visited a good friend I had not seen for a while for dinner. Her husband passed away several years ago. Good to get together with our memories.
I Survived Christmas. Not my favorite holiday. Now on to Sherwood!
Nice to hear about your foundling Lady Neysa! She had you picked out! Kitties are purrrsistant!LOL!
Neri is growing and doing much better! She is so sweet and playful.I am not good at posting pictures either since photobucket changed.
More Nargles here.
A Huge tree came down in the wind storm last week and took out the power to my pool. I got that fixed-Tree cut up- and line replaced- but still the pool does not work. I have a call in to the pool people.
Now no hot water upstairs and I managed to get my ladder to the attic down- where my water heater is. The dratted thing is leaking. I have a call in to my plumber. This is not fun.
No Nargles in the new year is my motto!
At least they let me alone during TRF!

Nargles again.... UGHH... Well I guess we had one too! We entered the colt this AM got a phone call from the track about 30 mins later telling me he had not been tatooed! We tried twice to have him done and I guess we just thought we had him done... not sure why we thought that! UGGHH! so now we have to haul him sat morning to the track to meet up with the Tatooer and have him done so we can enter for the following weekend races!!!! So he is not racing on the 31st..GRRRR!!! Always something! Worse though is the guys at Retama never let me know his papers were not marked with the stamp... we entered 2 times and they never said BOO!!!!! GRRRR.....

I hope you can get all your Nargles under control!!! Sounds like you have a few of the lesser ones...we can hope they are the lesser type!<G> Always something!

Queen Bonnie

The Nargle who decided my water heater had to finally die was an expensive one. $$$ Ouch. The plumbers had to get a new water heater up my attic stairs. They still have to get the dead one down. Too cold yesterday. They will return another time. Nice to not have to worry about hot water. The old heater lasted 17 years.
The pool nargle is just a relay switch and it is ordered. Whew!
Drat to your Nargle attack too Cat. I hope the colt gets cute tatoos? LOL!
It is always something.
Enjoying a quiet day today cleaning Meow Manor and working on doll repair and playing with the Royal Felines. Neri is growing and getting into everything. She rules here already!

The Nargles jumped from Texas to Illinois.  Who knew!!!!!!!

We just had 4 days without internet service because something - and the guy doesn't know what, he just fixed it - caused our computer to revert to an old address that isn't used anymore.  Now I don't know anything of what that means, but in a nutshell, we couldn't get the internet.

So please, Queen Bonnie, thunk those Nargles on the head with one of your staffs and get rid of them once and for all!    ;D

I had a nargle in my car yesterday!  ;D It caused me to drop my keys between the driverseat and the center console. When I slide my hand between the two to try and fish them out my hand got good and stuck. My knuckle was lodged under the hard plastic side of the console but good.  Took me five minutes..a long time when one is stuck in such a silly situation...to figure a way to get it back out without damaging myself. Made me laugh,..after I freed myself. Reminded me of Lucy Ricardo and the Loving Cup on her head...

My sister says it's Mercury retrograde...but I knew better!

Here's hoping we are all Nargle free for the New Year.  :)

Queen Bonnie

LOL! Fie on Nargles attacking my friends! My wand arm is tired from all the anti Nargle spells. Today was a good one. Methinks the nargles are gone from Meow Manor- for today anyway! All the wizards must help me banish Nargles from the realm!
POOF!<<<< Away all Nargles! Begone!

I had to rush my Tachi to the Vet on Wed. He did not eat and was very unsteady on his feet. I was so worried. He has thyroid diseade and is diabetic.
Luckily it was only another sinus infection. Now I have to give the poor cat 2 shots and 3 pills each day. He is doing Ok and eating again.
I hope I have Tachi my familiar for many more years. I love all my cats- but some are just special!
Neri is doing well and now has charmed Yoshi and they play together. Neri the tiny kitten chases Yoshi all over the house! Chingy my 20 year old Siamese is NOT enjoying having her tail bitten and being jumped on by a kitten! She is NOT amused!

Oh poor Tachi! I had one a few weeks ago! Got hit with the Love Boat stomach bug last night..no warning just hit me and refuses to leave me alone!   Your old kitty is getting her just dessert for what she did to old cats when she was young!

Queen Bonnie

That stomach bug is NO fun at all. We got it on a cruise one year. Luckily it did not last long- because you feel just horrid. Feel better fast.
Var came over today and Neri put on the extra special kitten show for her!

OH yes the kitten shows are a riot... I have had Dr Oreo in residence! He has kept watch over me... snuggling and being sweet! I am feeling better but my stomach is still sore and grouchy!  Hope shopping today was fun!!!!
