I discovered an interesting new tidbit while attempting to give blood today!  Sadly, the vampires didn't want my blood but I thought I would pass it along.

They have changed the deferral period for tattoos/piercings.  It is now only a one week deferral if you get a tat or body piercing in a Texas licensed facility!

Obviously, this applies in Texas only...
