I saw a post about their boots and would like to buy a pair, but their website was not working.  Does anyone know if they are still in business?  I really liked the boots and they were in my garb budget.

We bought a pair of these last year for my nephew and they were outstanding quality (even his mother wanted a pair). I tried the website without any success either. I went through my old emails to try to find their direct phone number but I could find any. Hopefully, the economy hasn't put them under and it's just a server problem. I'll look through some of my old issues of Renaissance Magazine and see if I can find a phone number from a old ad.

I was worried that Renaissance magazine had gone under since both major bookstore's in our city haven't taken the issue from last July (2008) off of their shelves. I have since picked up their last two issues from the Castle and I still figure out why any of the new issues haven't been updated.

I have found a possible way to get a pair of these fine boots. Here are two links to purchase a pair through Amazon.com:

Black boots like my nephew's:

Brown boots:

Usually, Amazon won't have items listed unless they have them in stock or can be shipped directly from a viable company.

When we got ours, one of the conchos had stripped threads, I called them and they send me a complete new set (even though we only needed one) in the mail two days later. Lengthwise, they were great but a little tight for him when first putting them on (they don't offer wide versions, but once they are on him...he says they feel great) so next week I'm ordering one of those wooden shoe stretching devices off of eBay to stretch them out before this year's faire season. I'm also considering changing out the silver conchos and ordering a bunch of matching brass one for his boots, belt, and baldric.

I greatly appreciate the information.  I believe I will give Amazon a try and see if I can get them.
