Yeah I'm almost back to my old self but if I do too much I start to feel it all in my back again and I know I have to slow down... but thank God it happened in the spring and not the fall!

Oh, no doubt!  Well, just take care of yourself, and make sure you're 100% before you start pushing yourself too hard!  And as Fraser said... you should definitely come in here and play more often!
