Why worry about it when next year you can do it at 05:06:07 08/09/10 and the year after at 06:07:08 09/10/11 and the following year at 07:08:09 10/11/12 and then the year after that at 08:09:10 11/12/13 and then lastly at 09:10:11 12/13/14

So you can sleep in and do it latter every year.
