Meet & Greet at the Pig & Whistle Pub both days at 3:00 p.m.

We won't be there on Saturday, but Lord Stephen & I will be at the Pub on Sunday for the Meet & Greet.  RF members, please try to come.  We had a blast first weekend seeing people we "knew" from the forum but had never met in person!

Here we come Bristol!!!!!!!!

I've been watching the forecast on weather.com and saturday looks a little rainy and sunday looks wonderful.

Yeah!!!!!

If I make it down to Chicago for a BBQ on Saturday I'll definitely spend Sunday at Bristol before heading back home to Minnesota.. not totally sure if I'm gonna make it yet or not though.

I'll be there both later today and Sunday.  Not going in garb though as my new garb isn't ready yet and the people I'm going with don't have garb.  so strictly just a paytron this weekend.

No matter what you wear, be sure to come to the Meet & Greet!

Well it would appear I may have spoken too soon.. my travel buddy has bailed on me...

I am posting this here, because of the time date in the title, if some of you here were there at the time, maybe you can help:

Does anyone know who won the Historical costume contest at Bristol this last weekend? Are there any pictures of the winner?

Lady Renee Buchanan

We were only there on Sunday for the Historical Division.

Third place:  Benjamin Franklin & his wife
Second place:  Two WW 1 soldiers
First place:  3 Victorian gothic looking ladies

No one in Renaissance garb won.

Steve and I (wearing our noble garb) were in the top 10.  We were so excited!  Wearing garb that Lady Kathleen of Olmsted designed and made for us.
