They are coming to Bristol this weekend as a special guest act.  If they are as good as they were the past 2 years, Bristol will be rockin' and rollin'.

Hope to see you there!   ;D

Tartanic rocked!  They were incredible!

Last year, they changed members and came to Bristol shortly after the new group formed.  We weren't so enamored of them then.  It seemed that they were short on music and long on theatrics to get the audience involved.  But we thought that might be due to the new group being formed without much time to gel and to get experience.

So we went today to see them again.  They were fantastic.  The Tartanic that we knew and loved from the past.  Again, there are new members, but they played so well together, it seemed like they were always together.  And there was a lot more music, all of which was wonderful.  We watched 2 shows and would have stayed to watch their last, but our son called from home, and they were in the middle of a horrendous storm, so we ended up leaving Bristol at 4:30 instead of our usual 7:30.

Sadly, this was Tartanic's only weekend at Bristol, and we only got to see them today, but we are already looking forward to next year and hoping they come back.

If you have a chance to see Tartanic anywhere, run, don't walk!
