I spoke with the manager and he has no idea what he is getting into. He agreed to offer the Clan extended drink and happy hour special throughout the evening for our Clan (and other guest) only. This includes discounted liquor and 1/2 off all appetizers.

Better start looking for next year's gathering place soon!

In all fairness to my M'Crack brethren - we are a pretty tame group and needless to say, the places we patronize generally want us back for we run up some really wild bar tabs. It is worth whatever disruption the pub may experience for one evening.

The manage "Elk" is a pretty good lad and when I told him we were a loud bunch .... not a rowdy one, he said he would expect nothing less from a group of Irishman.

I am SO looking forward to being with my R/F friends. . . .  but don't forget to bring the R/F banner Cyn and I made last season. . . . either Scotsman or Amras has it.  I think we should do a tailgate group photo! LOL. . . . it'll be a first for group photos!

I was in possession of said banner ... it went to VARF this year with the M'Crack banner. Last I saw it was with Mike & JoAnne. I will see if they have it or Guardn' has it. If the banner is lost I will get a sharpie out and do a R/F on my chest for the group photo
