OPENING DAY at MID MICHIGAN RENASSANCE FESTIVAL

We are so excited with everything that has been happening.  A new opening skit, new entertainment, new merchants, a royal wedding, and so much more.  Not to mention all of the hard work that has gone into the new ticket booth and wall!  It looks magnificent!!!

ALL CAST/CREW/MERCHANTS/ENTERTAINERS:

You must be ON SITE no later than 9:00 pm ready to go.  We will have a town meeting at the Center Court Stage at that time.  We will have a few brief things to go over with everyone before the gates open.

ALSO A REMINDER that we are having a POT LUCK DINNER EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT AFTER CLOSING.  This is for EVERYONE!!! Cast,crew, entertainment, merchants, EVERYONE is invited to the Pot Luck.  Bring a dish to pass, sit in front of the bon fire have a few beers from the Pub and relax, get to know each other as well as the MMRF Cast, Crew and Partners!

IF YOU ARE A PLAYTRON OR PATRON: 

We have a new opening skit that we think you will enjoy.  To see it, be there by 9:45 am.  The Duke of Kleves is finding himself getting into trouble again.  And with the Beer, Wine and Mead being served at the Golden Griffyn Pub (brought to you by VOICE Inc, a non profit organization for the hearing impaired), you can enjoy a bit of time in the pub with some great entertainment.  ALL DRINKS ARE $4.00 each.  They will have Commemerative Mugs available for $20.00.  If you buy a mug, you get $1.00 off of your drinks for the run of the festival.  That is a deal you can't beat!!!  We have great new merchants, lots of entertainment, and a $1.00 off cupon can be printed off of our website at www.midmichiganrenfest.com.

Good luck at the festival tomorrow. Will be popping in to see you all on the 25th of October, the only time is possible for us to come and sorry we will miss the special wedding.
