Well, one more day and I will be there. Could not get off work for Saturday. So, my Sunday off will be it. Can't wait to see everyone again. Stop and hail me down.
I woke up at 4:45 a.m. this morning to go to the bathroom, and the first thoughts upon opening my eyes were, "I'm going to a Renaissance Faire! I'm going to a Renaissance Faire!"
And then I couldn't fall back to sleep. So here I am after paying all the bills this morning.
So, how was the faire on today (Saturday)? Looking forward to getting there by opening on Sunday. Can anyone tell me if Pam and Tony have their booth and Jen from Minnesota with shirts? I need to get one.
Clisto
Janesville was wonderful! We've gone every year since the beginning (except for last year), and this faire is the biggest and best of all. There are so many great vendors. Loved the food. The entertainment was wonderful.
Can't wait to go back tomorrow.
P.S. Lord Clisto, I don't know who those people are. There are a couple of garb shops. One has shirts that are embroidered - and beautiful. The other is I think, something with the name Fox in it. They had many nice shirts in lots of colors. My friend today bought 2 shirts, and I bought one for my husband - shhhh, a surprise for his birthday, so don't say anything about it when you see him tomorrow!
We should be there shortly after opening canon. Used the GPS for the first time to go there, and it took 20 minutes off our past travel times!
hope everyone has a good time!
Hail everyone,
I just completed my pictures from the 2010 Janesville Renaissance Faire here in Wisconsin. I was there on Sunday the 16th. It was super weather and great friends. To see the pictures, just go to the link on my site below and click on the Janesville Faire link. Enjoy...

Lord Clisto,
As this year's event comes to a close, we would like to thank every one who was involved in this year's faire. From the guests who attended the event, to the participants who sold their wares and entertained the public, and especially all of our amazing sponsors, this event can not be produced with out you. We were so grateful to see 18 new vendors this year and 20 local and regional performers. This year's event saw more than 3000 attendees, a new weekend record. Due to this attendance we have been able to double our number of scholarships for next year and give to fantastic community outreach organizations. Thanks to everyone who brought in a food donation, your efforts are very much appreciated by the needy families supported by ECHO. We could go on and on, but it all boils down to THANK YOU and we'll see you next year!
It was such a wonderful faire. It has grown so much. We look forward to it every year.
