Title: Places to Stay
Post by: IndeanaSunday on April 15, 2011, 07:55:14 PM
Hi All!
Our trip is official! The Hubs and I will be there on May 14th, we just need to figure out where to stay.  ???

-Our budget is in the $50-$150/night range (the higher end being for someplace unique or interesting like a B&B or cabin rental)
-We'd like to be within 45 minutes drive to Faire
-We'd stay anywhere from a strip hotel to a woodsy cabin to a B&B so long as there's electricity, a bed, no bugs, and it's in a non-scary area.

Tips? Recommendations?

I can't wait to meet new Rennies! =]

Huzzah for faire visits!  I'll actually be there that day, visiting.

I'll ask/look around for places to stay.  I used to live in SoCal, so I always stay with family and friends when I'm out there.

Woo hoo! Welcome to the land of the west coast rennies! ;D I don't live in the area, but a good place to start, as usual, is the RPF site...they have a link (http://www.renfair.com/socal/information/hotels.asp) for preferred hotels & I belive you get discounts if you stay there! Hope that helped somewhat! Good luck & happy hunting! :)
