OOOH!! *jumping and clapping with idea*

What about a pub card?  Y'know, like a dance card from proper days of old...  You get a pub card with all the pub names on it.  They "sign" or stamp or whatever to show you've been there/drank there (no alcohol need be consumed to constitute "been there").

During our closing good byes and what not, we compare to see who's completed the pub crawl.

Just another silly game to get folks to get all the way around the faire.

I will say i'm normally a Woodchuck hard cidar person but that Hardcore cider was very tasty.

I love that idea MG also not only the pubs but maybe add the booths that some of the local R/F people work at on that card as well?

Capt Spleen if this sounds like something you want to do tell me and i can do it at my work no charge.

I may just feel obligated to purchase the evil-eyed, but otherwise good captain a tankard of ale for all his exceptional work!

Baron, This was to be completed Saturday, but that days outfit was a distracting spectacle.

Marietta Graziella, sounds fun if.......

.....Sir Garath..... really wants to put it together. However, it might be tough to incorporate RF'er vendor/workers into this mix, as I beleive one of them had mentioned something about busy times  (especially Childrens Weekend) and having the time to talk/interact with others. So I would suggest doing a "get the names of all the serving wenches" at each particular pubs, as verification.

Hmmmmm, a Ren Pub crawl......... Not sure that's ever been attempted....... could be fun in it's own right.... another time perhaps.

Merlin the Elder, 'twas my pleasure in learning that the pubs actually have names, even as they are not marked with any signage. But the workers in them know the names.
No need to feel obligated, Sir. You are an invader from a distant land, and are putting out the $$ to attend.
The least I can do is attempt to make eveyones stay/experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Good Captain, my friend and boon companion, Lady E. and myself are locked in and ready for boarding! Can't wait to start hoisting a few! Your menu above looks to be more than, shall we say, "adequate" for the purpose! Cheers!!

Title: Re: CoRF Pub Tour/Libations Information, RenDezvous 2011

Sure, why not...
I would suggest passing them out to willing participants at Fri Night Meet N Greet, and then at Saturday meet in the parking lot, for those that miss or can not make it to the Fri Meet N Greet.

Scotch eggs are at the Queen's Pantry, which is across from the Castle Rose Stage. It's at the booth that's  on the corner in between real food and dessert, where they also sell Mac and cheese on a stick. There are signs. If in doubt ask any one of the wenches/lads out at the front and they will direct you down the line.

So i have created the "Pub Crawl Passport" it has all the information that Spleen posted here on what the pubs have and directions. It will be in a nice little booklet that will fit in a pocket.

To find the scottish eggs.

coming in the front gate head straight up the hill, when you get to the royal pavillion look left you will see a soda booth with our lovely Zoe running it. Say hi. To the left of the soda booth is a pub, grab your first drink of the day then keep moving left along the food shops. Soon you will come to one that sells fresh cut fries this is the only one that does rest or frozen fried fries. Keep walking and soon you will come to a place selling gyro sandwiches with scottish eggs....both very good. Now right next to it or a stall or two down is the fresh sqeezed lemonade. Oh if you get to the artichoke stand you have gone to far and need to head back.

Where is Broadway?

A Major street in Denver that runs north and south. Part of it is one way southbound only.

**EDIT** OH and it intersects I-25 as I-25 is heading south-east and north-west. There used to be the Old Gates Rubber plant and another building that says Hosting.Com

Must admit, I very much enjoyed getting to meet and talk with almost every single bar-wench (a beautiful crew, every one of them!) in the Kingdom on Sunday, and shall treasure the autographed pub crawl pass as my favorite token of a great faire.
