Title: Chat Menu Item missing in Hextech theme

Good morning Tom, just letting you know that the chat menu is missing when viewed with the Hextech theme. Also, the formatting of the banner is a bit off too. Just an FYI.  8)

I'm dealining with some medical issues and that is taking up most of his spare time right now.
