Despite the large number of Renaissance Faires that have been cancelled until next year and even a petition to have all Faires cancelled, The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire has proceeded with a shortened season. Amazingly a cast of 10 has carried on with the aid of a full corps of musical acts and entertainers. Many of these acts have been displaced from other Faires. Entrance to the Faire has been limited to a smaller number of patrons who must purchase their tickets for a specific date. Wearing of masks is enforced, seating is segregated, sanitizer stations in place, and all other precautions have been taken. This coming weekend is the 5th happening and the season extends to November 1st. There have been quite a few video postings on FaceBook if you wish to see how they are doing.
