I am a Lady Rider for the jousting company that's coming in this year and if I have breaks during the day I'd like to fill them with working elsewhere. If anyone needs someone to do a little work for them let me know!!
I've also got two guys that will be in attendance only the first 3 weekends that also need a place to work...

Your best bet will be to wander around Opening Weekend and see what shops are looking for help.
Not sure if any of the shops I know will need help...will ask.
