June AARG Gathering will be at the Dog and Duck. A couple of Rennies went to Hot Mama's and spent a while. While it is a nice place ( I returned as well) I dinna think that all the young Yuppies would deal with us too well while the Dog and Duck loves us. Suggestions or Comments welcome as always.
Anyhoo! June 24 2008 C.E. is the fatal date as usual Half Seven. Now all we need is entertainment.
July AARG will be at Queen Bonnies place (Meow Manor)

Other than that it is BYOB, No Kidz and RSVP with a dish yer bringing!
I will provide Bunz and dog Hamburger meat for burgers tha' rest is up to y'all!

So, june AARG is on the 24th and at the Dog and Duck pub? What time are we all meeting up. I will not be able to get there till about 9:00 - 9:30 pm. Is this too late?
The July AARG is at Meow Manor and no cakes allowed and blah blah all the other stuff, correct?
June 24? That's a Tuesday. Is it the 21st or the 28th? (I assume it's supposed to be a Saturday.)
I think it is the 21st as that is the third Saturday...but don't hold me to it.

As to NO cakes - last year at Meow Manor th' bloody things multiplied like Tribbles! They were EVERYWHERE!!! We suspect the Nargles favor cakes and once on a sugar rush - they brought Meow Manor much troubles and costly repairs.
Queen Bonnie told me on Saturday she'd prefer PIES!!! :P :D

So, if the meet is on Tuesday June 24th then I will not be there till about 9:30 pm. If it is on the Saturday June 21st I will be there at 7:30 still be there at 9:30 pm.... Darn it!
What day is the June meet at the Dog and Duck Pub going to be?

I may see if he can spend the night with my sister-in-law, I'm really just afraid that if he finds out where we are going that he will be upset because he can't go too, he loves Queen Bonnie and all of our other rennie friends too, but we'll see. ;)

Last year we had too many cakes! 12- 15- 400? It seemed like that! I have never seen so many! At the end we gave away as many as we could but many were tossed. I hate wasted food! ONE cake this year is enough. We need to be a bit better organized about who will bring what.
Do we have a date for the July ARRG yet? I'm not an Austin Rennie but a trip to Austin might be in the works in July for me.

I think it is going to be on July 26th (someone correct me if I'm wrong) at Queen Bonnies place (Meow Manor) which is actually in Elgin.
Yes, Lady Ann. You are correct. The July ARRG is here at Meow Manor. Watch for notification in my realm for updates. I have started nargle banishing spells already.
You can never be too early with those nargle bashing potions. They were so unfriendly last year.
A nice freak of nature "Cool front" would be lovely to have about then to take the top off of this heat we are having.

I talked to Bear/ Moon dawg and he said the June ARRG was on the 28th. Best to check with him. I will try to get an update. The July ARRG- here is the 26th. Details will follow soon! no Cakes! LOL!
PIE is better! City Cafe has great pies! Ever try the banana burritos at Morelia's? Too yummy!
After all those cakes last year- I can't even look at cake! LOL! We had to throw out so much cake. It was upsetting to waste food. ONE cake only at the ARRG this year. Perhaps we should do a what will you bring list .
;D ;D That would be a great idea! Hope Molden comes again this year and brings his Dragon Eggs, I missed out on them last year. There were enough sweet there to send everyone into a diabetic coma.
I also missed Molden's dragon eggs. At the time I was just not up to eating much except bland stuff. This year I can try them!
