The Bryan/College Station Eagle has a slideshow of the last Saturday of the Sherwood Forest Fair at the following location:

Yep, that's me in the last slide, right after getting hit with a tomato.  ;D

Randal - It was good to see you at Sherwood.  You can take a pretty good hit and keep on smiling.   :)  Here's a shot from further out that has your sign in it.  What is that smaller opening near the top for?

Yes Blue, guilty as charged. ;D Well, me and my partner.

The smaller hole up top opens onto the top deck. When we built the booth we went ahead and added a ladder to the roof and cut in a window to allow others the chance to get in on the act. You get a great view of the faire from up there, at least until the trees budded out. We need to put a latch on the shutters though, because people kept knocking them open with wild throws.

The lowest part of our fence is 8 feet, stepping up to 12, and then 16 at the highest. Even at that, we still get tomatoes thrown over the top!  :o

Being able to take a hit and keep smiling is the test of fire for this game. Anybody can get up there and shout a few lines, but being able to keep on doing it after taking a wet slap to the face is the hard part.
