Ginger (on site) said it missed Faire. So far damage reports are only of a FedEx truck blown over. It is R***ing heavily at site, but that's all.

Oh no! Batten down the hatches, everyone, and stay safe!
Radar looks like the tail end is pounding Waxahachie and points east. Glad to hear the village is ok...hope my hotel is still there.
There is no doubt in my mind that there IS a God.
Had I not gotten a text to babysit my friend's little girl this afternoon I would have packed up and would have headed out around 1pm.....which would have put me in that very intersection at the very time the tornado touched down.
Coincidence? I think not. I firmly and completely believe that God was watching out for me and He made sure that I was not on the road at that point in time.
Think what you will....but I hold firm to my beliefs that God watches out for His precious children.

Amen m'lady, amen. And I'm so glad and thankful to God that you are safe.
