Staying at the Days Inn-Red Oak

Nim and I will arrive midday Saturday and remain the rest of the long weekend.

MacKee, myself and Wee MacKee will be there Sat & Sun! ;D
As normal and Candace Lady Bear will attend Sat.
Sunday & Monday for sure, possibly Saturday afternoon as well.

damn yankees ;)) a tradition was started of having a Day of Wrong for playtrons. The idea is for your garb to be renfaire, but subtly
wrong. Somestimes as simple as having a Scot show up in a plaidsih German Landsknecht garb. Sometimes as glaringly off as the photo above. It's all meant to be in fun and let off a little stress for the final weekend of faire. Most playtrons and cast frown on doing this on Memorial Day for obvious reasons, so the Sunday before was chosen
The current plan is as follows:
Saturday - will be there in civvies and taking photos
Sunday - current plan is to come out as my faerie, Twilight (who was named such WELL before those so-called vampire books/movies came out!)
Monday - back in civvies and taking photos

Life is interesting. My plans have changed. Now just coming for a day trip Saturday instead of Sunday and Monday.
My cat had a diabetic incident today- low glucose and he keeled over.. He is OK but will need watching. I have someone to stay with him Saturday.

If there's a gathering spot sometime in the morning while it's still cool, m'Lady Nimue and I would love to actually make contact with some of you. We were on site by shortly past 8 this morning, but didn't see faces we recognized.
From the pictures out here, it's rather difficult to tell if I'm running into any of you! I think I ran into young mad McKee and McKee (I think I have that right) near the Dirty Duck today. Of course, being Day of Wrong, I could have actually run into Mr Roarke and Tatoo....ah but that was another life.
Also, someone waved from the King's Pavilion. I'm thinking now that it was Angus McInnes. If so, kind sir, I apologize for not coming and conversing with you. You must be aware I have (at least) three faults... bad hearing, bad vision, and being socially inept. I'm a computer geek, and it kind of goes with the territory. My wife, Nimue, shares at LEAST those same three faults. We each have other faults that may or may not coincide.
