Hail everyone,
I thought this would be the best place to post this. In this time of faire, fun, great company of friends and fantastic weather, let us not forget the main reason we are able to enjoy this weekend in the first place. While we are out and about, there are many friends and families dealing with the loss of someone close whom they loved who gave the ultimate sacrafice for us to keep doing what we do. Remember, this is not a Faire weekend, but a Memorial one. Please take some time out of your day at faire and give a moment of silence and prayer for the fallen, and shake the hands of those who currently serve and tell them, "Thank You". It is through their pure dedication to duty and honor that we stand free to do what we do. Let them know they are Remembered....

Yes it is a time to remember those who served our country.
My Dad was in WWII, with Gen. Patton, in Normandy.
Tomorrow we will place a flag on his grave site and thank him, for his service.
When ever I see a man or woman in uniform, I always thank them. I do tend to tear up.
Thank you, to all that may be in the service or are now at home with families.

Well said Lord Clisto. :)
Happy Memorial Day weekend to everyone. Thankyou to all our brave men and women everywhere who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect all of us.
