Please pray for my Dad, Ernest Moye.
His lungs are not clearing after knee surgery.
Also include my Mom, Mildred Moye.
She is doing every thing she can to be with Dad.
We had to put Grandma in a nursing home yesterday, (6/17/2010)
Mom and Dads 50th anniversary.
We have been going through this for 2 months, Jim and I have been there for Mom and Dad though it all, but all I want to do now is cry.
Thank you, Jimsdana
My strongest good thoughts are en route to you.
Strength and prayers are coming your way. Tears that are held back are the liquid that poisons our souls.
Cry away dear one.
Dad is doing a little better.
They have the machine down to 50%. Little baby steps, but things are looking up.
Thank you for your thought and prayers
Thoughts and prayers are on their way to you.
PS to Lady Lil, I may have to borrow your quote on tears - truer words I have rarely found.
Glad to hear that he doing a little better... The Respiratory Therapist might have provided him with a breathing exerciser. Tell him that's important and to use it!
Jimsdana I just found this thread today and have to say that I am glad to hear that your dad is doing better but sorry to hear about his condition though. Please know that you, your dad, and your entire family are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. Please continue to keep us updated on his condition m'lady.
It is with my deepest regrets that I must tell one and all that we have lost my father tonight! (Ernest Oren/Oran Moye 8:15PM 7/9/2010)
His blood pressure dropped and could not be stabilized, the doctors and staff at Kindred Care did all they could, They did keep Daddy with us long enough for the family to gather.
All was peaceful, and he was not alone.
Mother requested the DNR, she did not wish for him to got through what Grandma has.
They spent (6/17/2010) their 50th anniversary in that ICU, She said her "Goodbye" and "I love you!" in front of some of the same people that she said her "I love you!" and "I do!" in front of.
Got to give it to her the woman has class.
Thank you for all the thoughts, prayers, and white lights.
My father has gone to be with our Elders and those who have gone before us, and before their time, He will continue"Do it his way".
Daddy has and will find peace.
Thank you all, for this place to share and release, My thoughts and prayers go to all who venture here for solace, peace of mind, or reassurance that someone will hear you.
