Title: Utilikilts featured on DIY Network's "Cool Tools"
Post by: dbaldock on June 06, 2008, 12:30:54 AM
Just watching "Cool Tools (http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/shows_dctl/0,3178,DIY_30496,00.html)" on DIY Network, and they featured Utilikilts (http://www.utilikilts.com/) in the "Down Under (http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/shows_dctl/episode/0,3178,DIY_30496_56265,00.html)" episode tonight.  It'll air again on 7-Jun, and then 4 more times in July.

Take Care,
David Baldock

Sweet! You saw it too! I went on the site when they showed it because I also wanted to post it here, but I could not locate the links to the kilts on the site.

I was so excited about it. Really interesting. And thank you for finding the links.

Actually I hope kilts do not catch on in the trades...bad enough we risk unsightly 'plumbers crack' from the top side, seeing it from the botton side too would be more than I'd like!

Do I dare add roofers?...'Hey bud, can you hold the ladder for me'?  I'm thinking 'no'.

They have a "modesty" snap to hold the center front & back together for those time when there could be a flash factor.  And yes, ladies, I fell directly into the gutter - someone give me a hand out.

I, of course, am a great fan of kilts, of all types. When I first saw the utilikilts, though, I thought "that's not a real kilt, it's got pockets... and it's khaki!", but then I saw a leather kilt... and that was it for me!!! I think every guy should own at least one!
