I keep hearing the rumor there is going to be one with Russell Brand playing Captain Jack Sparrows little brother...THAT I have to see! ;D

Thank you! :) DANG IT, no Russell Brand!!! Maybe in an upcoming movie, who knows, I was browsing the site and they said there might be seven.
Anyway, I will be looking forward to On Stranger Tides in May!! ;D
Me loves, Captain Barbossa. Geoffrey Rush plays sleaze with such eloquence.
Ian McShane as Bkackbeard??? :o I still envision McShane as Al Swearengen from the HBO series, 'DEADWOOD'. One of the reasons I loved that series so much.

When I hear Ian McShane mentioned, I always think of the
Lovejoy Mysteries - TV Series (1986-1994) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090477/).
He was in a fantastic whodunit in the early '70s---one of my favorites!

I hope they don't give Sparrow a brother. His obscure past is one of the great mysteries about him. Giving him a family makes him more.....ordinary.
They had talked about bringing Keith Richards back as his father too.....I think if it was Russell Brand the brother thing would be okay. I can just see him in that role. :)
Looks like a good cast of actors and actresses. I agree with Welsh Wench. I like that they keep Jack Sparrows past a mystery. It adds to his character.
Marking my calendar for next summer. Hopefully the new , fancy movie theatre they are building here is finished by then.
