Title: My mother
Post by: Dracconia on October 21, 2010, 12:58:26 AM
Not three months ago I asked for prayer for my grandfather's battle with cancer, and then his passing. Now I beg for prayer for my mother, a lump was found in her breast and a tumor in her shoulder, it may be little to nothing, but they are doing the "be prepared" faces, and speeches...I am not prepared, I am the farthest thing from prepared. Light a candle, say a prayer, cast a circle...please to whomever it is you believe send prayers for her, she is the last of my family and the best friend I have.....

Well I learned something new today. The blood work came back clean....yay! Until they tell you that blood work isn't really a true indicator of cancer when dealing with breast cancer. So she has a "clean" bill of health except for the one dark spot looming over head. Thank you for your prayers.

Healing light and love sent to you and your Mom.

I can very much relate as my Mom was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer last month and will be undergoing a mastectomy on Tuesday.  Her prognosis is very good and the Dr expect after this bump in the road she has another 25 years (she is 73 now so 98!).  I hope that your mom only has a little bump like mine.

No cancer was found. Three day surgeries are scheduled for the tumors and then we are done....hopefully.
