December 4th Gathering is coming up soon. Hope many, many of you can join us. We will have a pre-season hoopla and need your spirits and bodies.
There are a lot of activities planned...so plan on a full day and night.
There will be a job fair starting at 9am...as well as a work day. We need those who have rakes, lawn mowers and weed eaters to bring them if easily hauled. We will be cleaning up the faire grounds, proper. Maybe one or two chain saws, but primarily mowing, weedeating, and raking.
There will be a tree planting dedication at 4pm for two of our sherwood family who passed away since last year.
At 5:00pm, we will gather at the Seven Sisters for our pot-luck dinner, followed by music, dance, and fellowship.
I am told there will be a medieval tree decoration...and that folk are to bring a handmade medieval ornament to place on one of our cedars.
Bring a great food dish--enough to fill the bellies of a few tribal members. We will provide drinks.
The fellowship will last into the wee hours of the night.
Camp grounds will open on Friday at 1pm, December 3rd. We are hoping to have one of your new toilets completed by that time.
Bring family and friends.
More to follow on Yahoo, Facebook, etc.

Where should non campers park? Will the front gate be open in the AM?
I received an answer to my question. Non camper day trippers should park in main parking off old potato Rd. YAYY! Easier for me to park there.
thanks Ma'am for the information

That's where I'll be then. Just hope that someone remembers to unbar the front gate early.
