Happy drinking, & if anyone tries any of these, do let us know how they turned out!! ;D
These look really neat! Thanks a bunch for sharing this!
Some of them do look really tasty! I could see mixing some of these in camp, even! ;)
Mmmmm...I liked a lot of them but I think my favorite would be Midsummernight's Dreamer.
Anyway, they definitely fit the whole renn theme! :)
There is a similar thread here. (http://www.renaissancefestival.com/forums/index.php?topic=568.0)
You might find quite a bit of inspiration.
You're welcome maeven & thanks Dona C!
It's kinda sad, but I think I know EVERY drink in that first post by another, most likely MUCH older name, lol. Such is the lament of bartending, people always coming up with new names for the same things.. I swear it's just to be confusing!! :P

I know what you mean, Gwen. I used to tend bar too and people would come in and ask for a drink I hadn't heard of so I'd ask them what's in it and it would turn out to be a drink I knew by a different name. Maybe it's a regional thing--a lot of the people who asked for a drink under an unusual name were visitors from other parts.
Mine's easy... Jack and Coke...

Tell me what's in it and I'll make you one. ;)
Let me guess... a full glass of Jack with a splash of coke for color? ( thats what I get for bartending in redneck country)

I have no idea...the bartenders all seem to know though... ;D
What about good old fashioned Loki or Demon Rum. I've seen both recipes on this site before.
