Saturday, July 2 - starting at about 7:30 p.m.
After a full day a fun at faire, let's get together to eat and have some more fun.
Chili's in Castle Rock is about 15 or so minutes from faire and easy to find, and they are happy to let us move table around and deal with multiple tickets (cast and crew invade every Sunday night).
Closing cannon is at 6:30 p.m., so about an hour to head to hotels and such and change if desired, and for those of us who work the faire to close up shop and such.
Please post here so I can give the Chili's a heads up. And they are used to rennies, so feel free to come in garb if you still wish.

Please add Lady Kett & Sidekick, also!
you know i will be there since i am the camera man for the weekend
3 of us will be in attendance.
While I'm absent Merlin's way with words, the Mrs. and I will be present at the feast.
Count me and the nephew in as well please.
We will stop in for a brewsky, but don't count us in for dinner. With 2 11/12 year old squires, I am guessing the pool to be the first destination after faire.
Count Genevieve and myself in for Saturday evening. Cheers!
Toki and I should be there... if we get the damn rooms booked.
OK We WILL be there on Saturday
Please include the Lord Spicer and myself at this time!
I'll be there!

I've heard it described as Bee Ess, but I'm at a loss as to the meaning of the phrase, and what it has to do with insects.
Sounds like fun. Please add me also !!
I have a quick question about the Saturday night dinner roll call.... we are going to have more than just dinner rolls, aren't we?

Yuck... I
hate horseradish...
Al-Nimer, the renlets & I are a maybe. Im probably going to be seeing some family that Saturday & if we decide to go to dinner with them I'm not going to pass it up. If we learn anything definite I'll update.
Count in Merlin and Igraine with 2 miniature humans who eat.
That's 4.... and I drink... do they have Jack and Coke? Cuz if they don't...my dad may turn someone into a newt.... again.
I'm not sure what MG and I will be up to, but if you're looking for a headcount, you could put us down as a maybe.

I'm sure they do, son, but I'm carrying supplies regardless. Since it's a brewpub, I actually plan on sampling the wares. I'm always on the lookout for a really good ale or stout.

Demanding, aren't we? ;o)
I'm such a party pooper.... Probably not... Way to exhausted and have to get up soooo early the next day. I would be more apt to attend a Sunday night gathering.
Ditto.
Ditto. :-\
2 dittos' YES
Or 2 dittos No?
I'm sure I'll be exhausted too.... but it's right down the street and I like to eat.... and drink.... sooooooo... those 2 usually outweigh the tiredness.
Sadly Toki and I would miss Sunday as we have that 1.5 hour drive north and going someplace to get out of garb and a hot shower weights Pretty dang heavy. So I guess it be pizza for us after a nice hot shower at home on Sunday... BUT we shall see you all on Friday and Saturday

True, but it's a lot easier to be tired as a playtron when you can sit down, take the day slowly, enjoy yourself, etc....no such luck when you've got to be working fast for 9-10 hours the next day. Just not worth the exhaustion.
I hear ya, Z. We'll catch up on Sunday night when all of you can relax a little more.

I will fully agree to that Zoe. After last year and being on the go from 8am to 2pm All I wanted to do when we left was forget and relax and sit down. Or atleast play some.

Oh, that's what I've been doing wrong. Got it. More sitting down.
But I do agree. Saturday night parties are hard on the workers. Hang overs are easier to hide when you don't have to yell "Huzzah!" every fifteen minutes. :P
I'll be at Saturday nights shingdig most likely. (Do we have a plan for a Sunday night shindig? At like....Applebees?)
As for Sunday night ... it's a less formal gathering at Chili's again ... see http://www.renaissancefestival.com/forums/index.php?topic=15559.0 (http://www.renaissancefestival.com/forums/index.php?topic=15559.0).
