Title: Chili Cookoff

  Remember if you are not busy this weekend go to J-Bird farms who make the Mead at fest, they need plenty of judges through out the day to test the Chili that is made. Or make a pot of chili to be judged for the traveling trophy.

Could be fun we do a white (chicken) chili for the shop staff dinner on occasion

There is  a wonderful White Southern Chicken Chili Recipie from Campbell's Soups that is delicious. This can be tweaked to be spicier or mild. I make the spicier version.

  Was a fun time up at the Mead farm, 7 different chili's showed up Johnny from 3 Celts won the day with a chili pie.
