Then last year when we were there for opening, the temperature on Saturday was about 72 and then on Sunday I believe it got up to 77.
Its a bit of a toss up really.

I actually thought it was hotter than that, but maybe it was just the humidity. I do recall that it was too hot for me to wear my wizard robe. Sunday was better because the humidity was down, and there was a good breeze.

It would be nice to have some cool weather all day!  I made a nice coat for faire a few years ago, and have only worn it a couple times.

Currently calling for high of 60 on Saturday, and 65 on Sunday, with possibility of liquid sunshine, but the forecast changes daily... The temps are close to historical averages...

You should see some definite improvements in the forecast, David. Cool and dry is what I'm working on. Lots of Tennessee Sour Mash going into the spell...more precisely, the wizard who be casting said spell.

Hell's bells! It's 11:20 on a Saturday night! I should be......... not here, anyway! Excuse me, I have someone something to do...  Oh, Honey! Nim! Where are you, luv?  ;D

Everyone have a lovely weekend. See you Friday or Saturday or Sunday!

I'll go with the Accuweather forecast, even though it's never right, but this afternoon it says no rain for the weekend! If I may, I would like to express in my best Texas accent, "YEEEE HAWWW!!"

As of 9:45 this (Friday) morning, looks like it is 50/50 for rain today and then a cold front blows in tonight pushing out the rain.  Tomorrow, Sunny with a high of 50 or so according to NOAA.

Sounds like good kilt weather to me!

And it sleeted.
My Lovely Lady was able to daytrip today and it was great.
It sleeted.
We walked about in 'danes laughing at how few recognized us until we were right up on them.
sleeted.

I have now seen snow and ice and freezing rain at each of the main faires I go to. I do not need to see it again.

*rum does a good job of helping you forget how cold you are*

I didn't even stay in camp last night... I cheated by coming home and getting a hot shower. And I still smell like campfire!

It was so nice to meet all of you this weekend. And, my first time camping was mind blowing. Such a strong sense of family and love shared between everyone. Again, thanks Teach, Phoenix Risen, and everyone alex and I met for making our first time camping so memorable.

It just may take us a few times to get names down still! So much is going through our minds right now!

I kept looking for the source of the smell until I realized it was the overshirt I had been wearing at the morning fire and had worn home.  Way to bring a little Faire camping home.

Thank goodness for velvet and cloaks! Oh yes, and the Seven Sisters Fire :D Once the larger logs were added in the afternoon along with the broken jousting lances, things got nice an toasty! I even had to remove my cloak because the clasp was burning me. Its amazing how the warmth will bring all together: Fae, Pirates, Gypsy dancers, and the jousters even stopped by in the evening. :) Cold as it was, I had a wonderful time! So glad to meet so many of you!
