we want to send a hardy thanks to all (the few, the brave, the wet) who came out and endured the cold and rain for the good of sherwood. we thank you, we thank you, we thank you. on the worst weather day the faire has experienced, there were still 700 folk on saturday (including about 150 campers) and 1400+ on sunday. we love yall. you helped many of the vendors make payrole...and filled some of the entertainers' seats at their various performances. you rule!!!
Though it was wet, I still had a great time seeing everyone at faire.
It was a great time being there Rengypsy.
We did our best to keep the pubs in business.
*someday there will be rum out there for me to buy... i just know it*
I wish I had been there! The rain did not stop me,I have garb to stay warm and dry- but a damaged achilles tendon kept me home! Hoping it will be all healed by this coming 3 day weekend!! Keeping fingers crossed. A weekend without Sherwood is awful!!! Boring and sad.

Sorry you couldn't make it. I missed you and was a bit worried. Hopefully with the healing spells surely being sent your way, you will be jogging up and down the paths of the green forest this coming weekend.
I've been worrying about you, my Queen! This has been a tough year on you. Healing hugs from a crusty old wizard... :-*
Yes! It has been a rough year so far for me! I need all the healing spells and wizardly help I can get! Doubt I will be jogging but hopefully I can walk! My staff will help! 3 days of Sherwood are not to be missed. I was miserable last weekend.
