I want to come up with a Character for GARF this year (2013). Im thinking of the name - Capt. Iron William Vane. Im new to this whole thing and was wondering what you guys thought about the name. What do I need to do to flesh this guy out?

Is this something you'll be pitching to cast? If so, be advised that they like punny names and actors who don't take themselves too seriously.
